Production discounts - panel discussion

After Jakob Isak Nielsen's Introduction to the Danish production rebate, Jakob moderates a panel debate with prominent Danish industry players who have been engaged in the work of creating the political basis for the Danish scheme.

The panel discusses, among other things:

• The scheme's strengths and weaknesses
• Winners and losers: What types of productions will particularly benefit from the scheme?
• The balance between retaining Danish productions and attracting foreign ones
• The economic framework and consequences for the overall film ecosystem
• Upskilling and competence development among Danish film workers
• What is missing? For example, requirements for sustainability, environmental certification or other strategic areas of focus
