There is an entrance from Rådhuspladsen, HC Andersens Boulevard 18 (in the middle of the building).

The conference hall is at the back of the large atrium courtyard, and there is a cloakroom on the left, near the hall. There are also toilets here, and there are several along the corridor.

The conference starts at 9:00 AM sharp and your name badge will be ready when you arrive at the reception in Industriens Hus – entrance from Rådhuspladsen. You will find our table with name badges sorted by first name over to the right.

Please arrive early to avoid the queue, and perhaps skip breakfast at home – we offer a piece of bread and really good coffee from 8:30 am!

You don't need to print the program - we have extra large name tags with the program printed on the back, so you have it close at hand all day.

Industriens Hus kindly requests that name tags be worn throughout your stay on site.

There is plenty of public transport and cycle paths to Industriens Hus, which also has a paid parking garage – albeit with limited space.
